1/4 onion (chopped)
1/2 red pepper (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
60ml red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon Olive Oil

- Roughly chop the onions and peppers and tomatoes and add to a dish
- Add the 60ml red wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons olive oil and mix well.
- Chill until needed
