This Motorola phone game appears to be a port of an old Sega arcade game called “Head-On”. It’s a collect-the-dots maze game (but from before Pac-Man) where you have to also avoid the computer-controlled car. I think the fuzzy dot is supposed to represent Sonic. In the original game, it was two cars that looked identical in different colours.
