This is actually a sequel to Magical Mirror Starring Mickey Mouse. This time, a living UFO crashes and then accidentally kidnaps Minnie as it flies off. It’s up to Mickey to get past its drones (released by Minnie hitting it) and “rescue” Minnie. This uses some of the gameplay elements of the previous game, with a bunch of new stuff.

The trick system returns, you collect stars and spend them to perform tricks. Instead of torturing Mickey so he accidentally does the right thing, Mickey just does what he needs to progress, although his evil and creepy facial expressions do return.

The big difference is that you can directly control Mickey and move around. Although with this being a stealth game, you have to walk unbelievably slowly. You can’t jump, crawl or anything like that, as instead you press A to pause the game, slowly select an object (which is strangely different to scroll through) and Mickey will interact with it.

This makes the game unbelievably tedious and I doubt many people (especially kids) will have the patience to make it through the entire game, which is a whopping 1 hour long. You can make it last longer if you want to replay the game as Minnie.

Poor
The unspeakable tedium of it all isn’t helped by a close camera view that makes it tough to spot where the aliens are patrolling. Fortunately they don’t tend to spot you until you actually touch them, so you can usually walk around yet another blind corner without worrying about getting spotted.
